Welcome to Gleisan Aesthetics L.L.C. and Gleisan Aesthetics Limited (collectively, “Gleisan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gleisan.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products offered through the Site.

1. Products Covered by These Terms

Our Site may offer beauty equipment, personal care products, wellness essentials, pharmacy-adjacent health products, and dietary supplements. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, our wellness and supplement products are intended to support general wellness and are not medicines, prescription products, or substitutes for professional medical care.

We do not sell prescription medicines through this Site. We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe the product cannot lawfully be sold, shipped, imported, or used in the destination country or region.

We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, regulatory concerns, or destination-country import restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping fees may change without notice. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs assessed by the destination country or carrier.

6. Hong Kong Fulfillment, Shipping, and Import Compliance

Orders may be fulfilled from Hong Kong or another fulfillment location selected by us. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs review, carrier delays, regulatory inspections, public holidays, weather, incomplete recipient information, or other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for confirming that products you order may be lawfully imported into and used in your destination country or region. Some products may be restricted by customs, food, drug, medical device, consumer safety, or other local regulations. We are not responsible for delays, seizure, refusal, destruction, or return of a shipment caused by destination-country laws or your failure to provide required information.

7. Product Information and Health Claims

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, directions, warnings, and images, but packaging and formulations may change. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise. Disputes will be resolved by the courts or dispute process applicable under law and any payment provider rules that apply to your transaction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
