Welcome to Gleisan Aesthetics L.L.C. and Gleisan Aesthetics Limited (collectively, “Gleisan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gleisan.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products offered through the Site.
1. Products Covered by These Terms
Our Site may offer beauty equipment, personal care products, wellness essentials, regulated or health-adjacent consumer products, and dietary supplements. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, our wellness and supplement products are intended to support general wellness and are not medicines, prescription products, or substitutes for professional medical care.
We do not sell prescription medicines through this Site. We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe the product cannot lawfully be sold, shipped, imported, or used in the destination country or region.
2. No Medical Advice
Information on the Site is provided for general educational and product information purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are purchasing for a child, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement or health-related product.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are purchasing products for lawful personal or professional use, as applicable.
4. Orders, Acceptance, and Availability
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, regulatory concerns, or destination-country import restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping fees may change without notice. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs assessed by the destination country or carrier.
6. Hong Kong Fulfillment, Shipping, and Import Compliance
Orders may be fulfilled from Hong Kong or another fulfillment location selected by us. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs review, carrier delays, regulatory inspections, public holidays, weather, incomplete recipient information, or other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for confirming that products you order may be lawfully imported into and used in your destination country or region. Some products may be restricted by customs, food, drug, medical device, consumer safety, or other local regulations. We are not responsible for delays, seizure, refusal, destruction, or return of a shipment caused by destination-country laws or your failure to provide required information.
7. Product Information and Health Claims
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, directions, warnings, and images, but packaging and formulations may change. Always review the product label and any included instructions before use. Health-related statements for dietary supplements have not necessarily been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or other regulatory authorities unless expressly stated on the product page.
8. Use of Products
Use products only as directed on the label, product page, or accompanying instructions. Do not exceed recommended serving sizes for supplements. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience an adverse reaction. Keep products out of reach of children unless the product is specifically intended for children.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened supplements, opened personal care products, products with broken seals, sterile goods, consumables, and items that cannot be safely resold are generally not returnable unless defective, damaged on arrival, or required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, product descriptions, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Gleisan and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, violate applicable laws, or purchase products for unlawful resale or distribution. We may restrict access, cancel orders, or refuse service where we suspect misuse.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gleisan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise. Disputes will be resolved by the courts or dispute process applicable under law and any payment provider rules that apply to your transaction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Google Merchant Center and Regional Health Product Compliance
For Google Merchant Center, Shopping, free listings, Google Ads, and comparable product feeds, Gleisan may exclude OTC medicines, regulated health products, traditional medicated oils or balms, prescription-like products, and high-risk weight-management products from advertising or feed submission even if those products remain available on the Site.
Our wellness and supplement products are intended for general wellness, nutrition support, and label-led consumer use. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, these products are not medicines, prescription products, pharmacy services, or substitutes for professional medical care.
- EU/EEA: Medicines sold online may require authorized seller status, country-specific permission, product authorization, and the EU common logo linked to the relevant national register.
- United Kingdom: Medicines and online pharmacy services may require appropriate UK registration or authorization. Mandatory UK consumer rights may apply regardless of these Terms.
- Malaysia: Medicines, traditional products, and health supplements may require local product registration, labeling compliance, and Medicine Advertisements Board or other regulatory approval before sale or advertising.
- Singapore: Medicinal products, Chinese proprietary medicines, traditional medicines, health supplements, and related advertisements may be regulated by HSA or other authorities and may require review, permits, or claim restrictions.
We may cancel, restrict, or refuse any order if a product appears unsuitable for the destination country, restricted by local law, inconsistent with Google Merchant Center requirements, or likely to create customs, regulatory, or consumer-safety concerns.
17. Payment Processor and Hong Kong Regulated Product Boundary
Gleisan is not a Hong Kong licensed pharmacy, Authorized Seller of Poisons, Listed Seller of Poisons, medical clinic, telemedicine provider, or prescription dispensing service unless a specific page displays current licence details issued by the relevant authority. We do not use this Site to provide prescription dispensing, pharmacist-supervised sale, diagnosis, treatment, remote medical consultation, or healthcare services.
We do not use Stripe, WooPayments, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, card networks, banks, or other payment services to process transactions for unlawful products, prescription dispensing, controlled medicines, dangerous drugs, antibiotics, unsafe supplements, unapproved pharmaceuticals, products with harmful or misleading health claims, or any item that requires authorization we have not confirmed. Payment processors may decline, review, hold, refund, or cancel transactions where an order appears inconsistent with their rules, card-network rules, applicable law, or our risk controls. The availability of a payment method does not mean that the payment provider endorses Gleisan or approves any product.
For Hong Kong-related review, pharmaceutical products may require local registration, an HK-XXXXX registration number, licensed premises, pharmacist supervision, prescription control, sales records, import/export licensing, or other authorization. If those requirements appear relevant and lawful handling has not been confirmed, we may refuse, cancel, or restrict the order.
