Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gleisan. This policy explains returns and refunds for products purchased directly through gleisan.com. Because we sell health-related, personal care, hygiene, supplement, and equipment products, some items cannot be returned once opened or delivered.

1. Before You Return Anything

You must contact us and receive return authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be eligible for refund. To start a request, email [email protected] with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.

2. Return Window

For eligible items, you must request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within the timeframe stated in our return authorization instructions.

3. Items That May Be Eligible for Return

Unopened, unused, non-expired products in their original packaging with all seals, labels, accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact may be eligible for return. Equipment and durable goods must be in unused, resaleable condition unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping damage.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items are generally not returnable unless defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or required by applicable law:

  • Opened dietary supplements, foods, drinks, powders, capsules, tablets, or consumables.
  • Products with broken seals, missing labels, altered packaging, or signs of use.
  • Sterile goods, disposable items, cartridges, applicators, personal hygiene products, and intimate-use products.
  • Products exposed to unsuitable storage conditions after delivery.
  • Custom, special-order, clearance, final-sale, or perishable products.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible issue. After review, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, refund, or other resolution appropriate to the issue.

6. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for eligible unopened and unused items. Customer-paid return shipping applies. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, payment processing fees, and handling costs may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

7. Hong Kong Return Address

Approved returns may need to be sent to our Hong Kong return location or another address provided in writing by our support team. Do not ship returns to any public contact address unless we have provided that address in your return authorization. Customers are responsible for ensuring that return shipments comply with postal, courier, customs, and export rules.

8. Customs and International Return Costs

For international returns, you are responsible for return shipping, customs forms, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any charges caused by incorrect customs declarations unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect. If a return is refused, abandoned, seized, destroyed, or not delivered to the return address, we may be unable to issue a refund.

9. Inspection and Refund Timing

After we receive an authorized return, we will inspect it. If approved, refunds are usually processed within 6 to 12 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or installment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

10. Refund Method

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another reasonable refund method. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if an item is returned used, opened, damaged, incomplete, late, or in a condition different from what was authorized.

11. Adverse Reactions or Product Concerns

If you experience an adverse reaction or safety concern with a supplement, personal care product, or health-related product, stop using it and consult a qualified healthcare professional. Contact us with your order number, product lot or batch number if available, expiration date, and a description of the concern.
