Usage

1. Pull out about 45 cm of dental floss and wrap the two ends around the upper ends of the middle fingers of both hands. 2. Leave an appropriate length between your fingertips and tighten the floss with your thumb and index finger. Then slowly guide the floss into the gap between the teeth until the floss touches the gums and move slowly up and down between the teeth. 3.
