1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day window for refund requests from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Returns
Due to the size and nature of our beauty machines, returns are not simple to facilitate. Many of our devices are not stocked in the U.S. and returning them involves complex logistics. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@gleisan.com within 14 days of receipt with proof of the issue. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost. However, in other situations where a return is accepted as an exception, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Please note that in cases where a customer requests a return and agrees to bear the return shipping costs, we may provide a partial refund that deducts the return shipping expenses and any applicable restocking fees.
4. International Orders
We serve customers around the world. Please note that all returns must be handled through our customer service team at support@gleisan.com, and shipping and customs duties for international orders may vary.
Shipping Times
- United States: Typically 7-14 days. Exceptions may occur.
- Europe and Middle East: Generally within 40 days.
- Asia: Typically within 14 days.
- Australia: Usually around 25 days.
Please note that delays due to customs clearance or other logistical challenges may occur and are not considered valid reasons for a refund.
For international orders that are refused upon delivery, up to 55% of the order value may be deducted as return shipping costs.
5. Chargeback Policy
We strive to resolve any issues directly with our customers to avoid chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide all necessary documentation to the bank to dispute the chargeback.
