If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues, our refund and returns policy below is designed to be clear and transparent.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Direct Purchases Only: This policy covers only items purchased directly from Gleisan Aesthetics L.L.C.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including used or modified products, items not in original condition, and custom-made orders.

Please note: We generally do not accept change-of-mind returns due to the specialized nature of our machines. Exceptions are made for defective products or as required by law.

Return Process & Authorization

To initiate a return, please use the button above or contact our Customer Support. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • The name/model of the product.
  • The reason for return (include photos if the item is defective).

Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Do not send any product back without first obtaining authorization.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Defective or Damaged on Arrival:
Gleisan Aesthetics will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Voluntary Returns (e.g., Change of Mind):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund along with any applicable restocking fee.

Customs Duties & Fees:
International customs and VAT charges are non-refundable by Gleisan. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about reclaiming these fees.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. For international orders, this deduction can be up to 55% of the order value.

International & Regional Guidelines

Return processes vary by region due to laws and logistics. For customers in the EU/EEA, a 14-day "right of withdrawal" is respected. For other regions like Eastern Europe or the Middle East, returns are handled case-by-case and may require extra coordination. Please contact us for specific instructions.

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed promptly. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-7 business days after our processing.
  • PayPal: ~3 business days.
  • Installment Platforms (Afterpay, Klarna): 3-7 days, per their policies.
