Affiliate Program Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your participation in the Affiliate Program operated by Gleisan Aesthetics ("Company"). By registering for and participating in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legally binding terms. If you do not agree to any provision, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Program Eligibility and Enrollment
Participation is open to individuals and entities who complete the official application process. Gleisan Aesthetics reserves the right to:
- Review and approve/reject applications at its sole discretion
- Require additional verification documentation
- Limit participation based on geographic location or market saturation
All applicants must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Important: Affiliates must be at least 18 years old. Businesses must be duly organized and in good standing in their jurisdiction.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities and Conduct
Affiliates agree to promote Gleisan Aesthetics ethically and legally at all times. Prohibited activities include:
- Deceptive marketing practices (false claims, hidden terms)
- Failure to disclose affiliate relationship as required by FTC and international regulations
- Use of unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Bidding on trademarked terms (PPC trademark infringement)
- Cookie stuffing or fraudulent commission generation
- Promoting unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content
- Unauthorized product claims or medical assertions
- Brand bidding on search engines
- Creating fake social media accounts or engagement
Disclosure Requirements: All promotional content must include clear, conspicuous disclosures such as: "As a Gleisan Aesthetics affiliate, I earn commissions from qualifying purchases."
3. Commission Structure and Payment Terms
The commission structure includes two components:
- New Customer Bonus: $100 USD fixed bonus for each first-time customer order (excludes accessories)
- Lifetime Commissions: 3% recurring commission on all subsequent purchases by referred customers
Commission Qualification: Orders must:
- Originate from your unique tracking link
- Be placed during active cookie duration (30 days)
- Not be returned or refunded
Payment Terms:
- Payout Timing: Commissions paid after 30-day refund window
- Payment Method: Exclusively via PayPal
- Threshold: Minimum $50 USD balance required
- Taxes: Affiliates responsible for all applicable taxes
- Schedule: Payments processed monthly by the 15th
4. Tracking and Reporting
The Affiliate Dashboard provides real-time tracking of:
- Clicks and conversion rates
- Pending and approved commissions
- Customer lifetime value metrics
- Performance analytics
While we strive for accuracy, Gleisan Aesthetics is not liable for technical issues affecting tracking. Report discrepancies within 14 days of occurrence.
5. Intellectual Property and Limited License
Affiliates receive a revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing assets including:
- Brand logos and product images
- Pre-designed banners and creatives
- Approved promotional copy
- Product demonstration videos
Prohibited: Modifying brand assets, creating derivative works, or using intellectual property beyond program termination.
6. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to protect confidential information including:
- Commission structures and payment terms
- Customer data and analytics
- Unreleased product information
- Marketing strategies and conversion metrics
Obligations survive program termination for 3 years.
7. Program Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for:
- Terms violation
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal promotional practices
- Inactivity exceeding 90 days
Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately:
- Cease all promotional activities
- Remove all brand materials
- Return confidential information
Earned commissions will be paid according to standard terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GLEISAN AESTHETICS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR ACCURACY OF TRACKING SYSTEMS.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GLEISAN AESTHETICS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU IN THE PREVIOUS SIX MONTHS.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is determined by affiliate location:
- United States: Governed by laws of Delaware. Disputes resolved in Wilmington, DE courts.
- International: Governed by Hong Kong SAR laws. Disputes resolved in Hong Kong courts.
Affiliates are responsible for compliance with local advertising laws and regulations.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification to registered affiliates
- Dashboard announcements
- Updated posting on our legal page
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
